San Rafael Corporate Center

While at Strauss Architects, we worked closely with Wilson Equity Office, building owner at that time, in the leasing effort of Buildings A and B at the San Rafael Corporate Center.

Our services incorporated:

  • Fit planning for prospective tenants
  • Strategic placement of tenants to for efficient floor plate division to maximize rentable square feet.
  • BOMA calcs and measurement.
  • Creation of standard palette of build-out finish options to maximize owner-vendor relationships and extend tenant build-out dollars.
  • Creation of standard building details and efficient drawing templates to provide drawings quickly and accurately to contractor, facilitating quick bid turn-around, build-out and turnover of space to tenant.

The shell and main floor lobbies were designed by BAR Architects.
