To alleviate the parking demand brought by the new cinema, retail and residential components of the new Theater District in Petaluma, CA, a parking garage was centrally planned. The garage has retail space on the ground floor to bring activity and presence at the street level. The original designs were to be Art Deco to be in the style of the companion cinemas. Gordon Chong and Associates were chosen to do the final design (not pictured).
