McDonald’s Corporation – Northeast Division Offices
Project Location: Philadelphia, Pennsylvania
Project Size: 15,619sf
Project Type: Interior Design
To create operational efficiencies, the Divisional Offices were being relocated out of corporate headquarters in Oak Brook, IL, and into the regions they supported. This was an opportunity for the Northeast Division Office to create an identity that represented their particular division and its leadership.
The office is organized into public and semi-public areas. The main visitor zone is composed of the main reception area and adjoining conference room. The semi-public office areas are organized around a central core with few closed offices to maximize views, daylight, and interaction amongst teams. Each executive corner office has a shared conference room. The reception, main conference room and central core are clad in stained maple wood to bring an upscale “East Coast” club feel to the offices.
